The Department of Probation and Child Care Services and UNICEF have jointly organized a series of training programs on “Digital Story Telling” at the provincial level to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to socialize the messages and activities relevant to protect child rights using mobile phones and communication devices.
The Eastern Province program of this series was held held at the Sarvodaya Training Center, Batticaloa on the 21st 22nd and 23rd of July 2023.
