Children’s Clubs Program – Formulating a Strategic Plan

As a country that ratified the United Nations Child Rights Convention, Children’s Clubs program is the key program that is implemented by the Department of Probation and Child Care Services to ensure the right to participation of children.

A workshop on the formulation of a three- year Strategic Plan was held at the Radisson Hotel on 07.09.2023 to implement the concept of children’s clubs program, implemented by the Department of Probation & Child Care Services, through a new visionary way.

A gathering including children representing children’s clubs, Government Officers, Representatives from NGOs and children with special needs participated in this program and the relevant financial and technical support was provided by the UNICEF Organization.
